Thank you for shopping with Urban Chef. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Times
As a dropshipping business, products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability and destination.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Urban Chef may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Tracking information may take several days to become active after shipment.
5. Multiple Shipments
Because we work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately.
Customers may receive multiple packages for a single order.

Urban Chef is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, Urban Chef cannot guarantee address changes or refunds.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Urban Chef is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at aaruco170626@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
